Extremely busy but very good service. The food was actually outstanding as well. Our waitress was very kind and helpful and overall good!

The food was fantastic, my server was awesome but what I enjoyed most was Robert, the greeter! His positiveness and genuine caringness was contagious throughout the whole resturant from customers to staff alike. I would highly recommend!

Food was excellent, great service, staff could have been a little more professional but overall very good. A loud annoying family got seated behind me with a loud crying child but you're going to get that everywhere you go not the restaurants fault.

Had the BEST experience this evening! Haven’t come to this location in quite some time due to poor service... but this evening Jen was our server and we couldn’t be more pleased! The service was phenomenal, the food came out quickly and correct to order. Definitely will be back soon to sit in her section!! Ask for Jen next time you’re in!

Olive Garden is always amazing, but the minestrone soup on 1/6/20 was absolutely out of this world. I don’t think I’ve ever had a soup bring me to tears of joy in my life before this day. Pregnancy is weird, and this is probably the most pregnant business review I’ve ever left, but by the end of my meal I was seriously debating moving in for the rest of my life in order to exist solely on the soup.

A great place for a couple, family or group. Excellent food and variety with friendly service and fair prices.

Love the food but with what's going in your only doing togos and it's all over the place like waited about 2 and a half hours for our food and an hour was just waiting on my food at the resturant. Like you need a new system.

I always wondered how the Bell Maidens smelled like in Bloodborne...well just enter your local Olive garden and you shall find out. Oh the food? It was uhmm no....just no. Staff was friendly and nice.

Love this restaurant !! My go to place for Italian food. Their soup & salad is incredible so as the breaddd. Shrimp scampi is my wife’s standard order, delicious as usual. I had chicken & shrimp oh god i love the cheesiness 😋. Server was very nice, overall wonderful experience as always !!

It was fine.... service was okay... just had soup/ salad.... hard to screw that up.... no waiting.....meh.... probably will return.

We visit this location last Friday after winning bowling regionals. We had a party of 50 people! We did call ahead and waited just a few minutes. When we were seated we were all together at 3 different tables, had 3 different servers. Everything was done great, drink orders, food orders, service, and bills. We were VERY pleased and will come back again when in the area.

What can be said. Love the food and great service. Will always come back.

I love olive garden. I usually have good experience at their restaurants. This particular location wasn't so great. I take photos so people can see what each restaurant serves. I went around 10 after my home show. The dinner proportion is shown on the plate. The chicken pieces were cut up and was served only half the normal portion. I asked for bread sticks without salt, I was served salted twice ! I gave up on the dinner, asked for additional pasta and packed up and left. Server was nice enough to listen.

I've ordered take out twice now and both times meals were poor (hardly any sauce and salad was 95% lettuce) or last night we were missing 2 meals. Reading other reviews I think someone needs to oversee the take out department!

I have placed a couple of to-go orders. There were mistakes with each order. And twice I had to turn around and go back because they forgot something. Once, my dessert. And once, my drink. I suppose it's half my fault for not double-checking the order myself before I left. The food is always good, but the details get overlooked easily, it seems.

I usually avoid chain restaurants but we were really pleased with our dinner here. It was very early (before 5) so we also had a great break in the price. Our waiter was excellent and the food was delicious. He kept the salad (Yum) and breadsticks coming. I absolutely loved the mushroom ravioli! It tasted much like a dish I had years ago in Italy. Soup and salad with breadsticks great for something lite but filling. Wine taste offer a nice touch to start your evening.

Haven't been to an Olive Garden in 25 years at least. Had a pleasant time here with my wife. I'm not a big fan of Italian food. But, she loves it. Metal was perfectly made however. Will be back again. Sooner then I was last time. Our waiter was attentive for the most part. It was very busy. So I understand it.

Our server, Mary L, was amazing! Best service in a long time! Greeted very warmly when we walked in and from start to finish was amazing. Good food but the service made it phenomenal!

My experience was not very good. When you think olive garden you think higher end then fast food. For starters my soup had a hair that looked like a pubic hair. Had no more appetite after that but still tried. Had the pasta and had zero flavor. Had to add salt and pepper to add any flavor. Will not be coming back. The staff was wonderful and helpful but no amount of niceness could help my appetite.

Very clean and comfortable space. The front desk was welcoming and attentive. Server was friendly and quick. We had the Cavatelli with normal marinara and the Shrimp Scampi, which were both delicious and had a lot of food. We took home food in a box. Delicious salad and bread sticks were warm and soft.

Love this place, salad & bread sticks are the best. But main dishes are all so good, it's hard to pick my favorite.

We waited in carside to go for 25 minutes. Then when I received my food my chicken parmesan was undercooked with a tendon in it.It was disgusting. The alfredo sauce had no flavor .

Called my order in at 4:00 they said it would be ready by 7:00 .go there at 7:00 order was not done till after 8:00.Sam the manager said it was Mother's day and that's why they were behind. I told him you can't hit a 4hr widow. An then they forgot the bread sticks. That's not that bad the man in the car next to me called his order in the day before. His was to be done at 5:30 he was there when I left with no food. GOOD JOB SAM YOU ARE A GREAT MANAGER

My sister came in town to visit us. We went to the Olive Garden for lunch and she loves the food there. Salad and soup were her favorite. and she also likes the pasta and lasagna. Great food with great price.

This place in my opinion has probably been the busiest restaurant in Grand Rapids for the past several years (we'll see if that remains to be the case now that Cheesecake has opened up recently). Nevertheless, my family and I always have a good experience. The food is what you would expect from an Olive garden, the service is good, and the kids love coming here. We'll most likely be back.

I haven't been to this Garden for some time. My group was seated within a couple of minutes. Once seated, we waited for a long time before we saw our waitress. After getting our order in, one of three drink orders came out wrong. Additionally, my dinner order came out wrong. I checked our order on the provided tabletop link. The orders in "system" were correct. So it seems the disconnect seemed to be in the kitchen and bar.

Myself and a few co workers went here tonight for dinner. One of my co-workers is vegan and she said she could eat here. When we told our waitress this she went out of her way to make suggestions and make sure the salad and breadsticks were vegan friendly. The service was very good as well. Loved the host when we came in because he greeted us with a huge smile and was genuinely excited to see us. Will be back again.

Great menu selection. The food I ordered was delicious. Even had some leftovers that tasted wonderful the next day. The dessert was a S'mores cake and my entree was some sort of chicken veggie pasta dish

Best Italian restaurant. Food is very delicious. They have unlimited soup if we get any entree. Chicken and gnocchi soup is my personal favourite which looks very creamy and yummy. They also offer wine tasting. Staff is very good. I would definitely recommend this place

Our Server Rachel R. was wonderful. I am a caregiver and I was there with a handicap client. Rachel was fantastic with him. Thank you Rachel! Our food was fresh and delicious as always.

Our lunch was good but our server was the best part. Juliana was attentive and very patient with our precocious 4-year-old.

Great place to go with your family! Visited a few days ago and my family was pleased with the service we received here. Employees were on-top of it and came by regularly asking if we needed anything else. Only reason why 4 stars and not 5 is because food took a while in getting to the table, was a little cold.

Great service! We did have to wait awhile for a seat about 15 min. It was Saturday though.

Hair in the food, cold bread sticks, could not get a frozen Patron Margarita correct to save a life. Pick a different location such as Alpine or Rivertown.

There's"glad you're her" and then there's "good Lord, that's annoying!". Or experienced reach timer we've visited Olive Garden. Does someone really have to 'act' like the jovial boisterous Italian? (We swear we've heard him talk with an accent) and the service here is always slow to order.... Slow with drinks (even if water), never know whose really supposed to waite on your table- they always act surprised. The food??? The food is great!!!! It's served hot, tastes fresh, good flavors, good variety.... Need to work on the front end of things 👍

Very disappointed. It took our waitress 25 minutes to come to the table for our drink order. Then another 20 minutes to get just our drinks and the were half correct. After we ordered it 40 minutes to get Shrimp Scampi, a kids alfredo and a kids pizza. The rest of us had soup and salad. Also there were 5 adults, 1 in a booster, 1 in a high chair and we were crowded at the table. We had to move the little kiosk and alcohol menu to another table. Our soup bowl and salad plate were scrunched together. It was awful.

Great service but very disappointed with with the food. I ordered the chicken gnocchi soup which I normally love. It came out cold and tasted like it was missing something. So ordered a second bowl hoping for better results and it actually was missing finish this time and still taste thin. Also had endless pasta which is basically a plain pasta with very little sauce. I don't know about anyone else but I'm not a huge fan of just plain pasta with nothing. Very disappointed won't be going back to that location

Service, food, exceptional. But the BEST part is the warm greeting from Robert as you come in. It's like he's welcoming you into his home. Priceless. He's a real JOY bringer!

In the past, take out here worked quite well. Yesterday I called to place an order and was put on hold for eight minutes. The person who took my order was very friendly and said I could pick up my order at 5:55. I got there at 5:45 and was greeted and told he would help me. Someone did come and take my payment. However, I did not receive my order until 6:15. When I got home in seven minutes my food was cold. It obviously had been setting a while before it was brought to me. The reason I timed this is because a friend had warned me that service was bad.

We were in Grand Rapids for the Meijer State Games. Too tired to eat out, we ordered takeout from Olive Garden. It was so good that we went back the next night. The portions were huge, salad was fresh and the breadsticks were awesome. The price was very reasonable and the service was lightning fast. Definitely will go back to this location. We have been there twice previously and they are 4/4. Highly recommended.

After several times visiting I can say that there is a pattern of friendly helpful service. It is evident to see that the management encourages all employees to naturally relate to customers. I personally appreciate the diversity of staff and customers here.

Splendid! What more do you expect from Olive Garden. I had not been here in years and I was concerned about being to casual. Hey this is 2019 after. I wasn't too casual. They treated me like I had a 3 piece suit on. Had a super awesome time there with my girlfriend. The waitress was awesome and the food, mmm don't get me started. Don't take my word for it, just go for yourself. 😁
